phew
well, after a two week invasion, my sister and her kids have finally left the building. at five this morning. which means that i, of course, got woken up at 430 by the youngest "steve--we have to go back to michigan now. get up!"

i am physically exhausted. i don't know how she does it. we went duck hunting yesterday. and by hunting, i mean feeding. i really am tired.

and we did a LOT of swimming. thus i'm REALLY red, sore from their jumping on my back, and generally waterlogged. this was in addition to frog hunting, mountain hiking, and "i didn't do it" explaining

they're so fucking adorable. but damn their names are weird. i mean, my sister's name is crystal (btw--she's my half sister--you're not completely out of the loop if you've never heard of her,) but her kids' names are infinitely weirder. gabrielle samantha, vincent something, hunter jeffrey, and evan joseph. i mean, those are some damn crazy names.
